The seat is nearly brand new. I used the seat for a track day and kept it in my car for about a month. This a carbon fiber seat, not a layover c/f finish. Seat is VERY light. NO STAINS,TEARS,RIPS-NOTHING. All the cushion inserts are velcro removeable for easy cleaning.
the bracket i have is for EG/DC2

EDIT, i forgot to mention i have the sparco side brackets.
