Swapped in a jdm ctr cluster, srs light on now

Swapped in a jdm ctr cluster, srs light on now
So just like the title says. I swapped in a CTR cluster and everything is fine except that the srs light is on. Car is a 2000 Civic CX w/ a 99 CTR motor. I had an SI cluster in the car and the light wasn't on. I've never heard of this happening before w/ jdm clusters. I always assumed my srs was fine b/c the light was never on before this cluster.
Any help is appreciated.
