What did you use to sand the car down.. what parts u sand? Also what kinda primer is that? :D thank you.

 

For the rust-which im still getting to I used 40 grit heavy duty sand paper (dry) and a orbital sander, that worked good but my doors were so bad I just repalaced them, and in the back quarter panels Ill prob. just cut the rust out and replace it from my friends rex that is totalled.

Otherwise to prep the car I did one sand down of dry 100 grit(works great to get rid of clear coat) and then for the areas I primered I wet sanded with 100 grit again.
The primer is just all purpose auto primer I bought at oreilys and put in my spray gun....but most of that is getting sanded down to nothing becuase im painting my car with POR-15 its similiar to a primer but stronger and comes in semi gloss black and im clear coating the POR15.

 

Man WTF....lol..my pics worked...and now they dont...they were up for a good hour, I mean ground zero replied with questions from a few, is there a reason why only one still works adn the others dont?

 

the last one worked cause u used geocities to host it. all the other pics were hosted from some atlantic place. try imagestation.com, always worked fine for me

 

thats cool, I used friggin photo island which is all I ever hear to use here....adn ive had other pics work just fine....

Exactly, We dont build our cars to please other people....do you know how much **** I get for what my car looks like right now??? and I used to have a badass dropped S10....and people were like why did you sell that for the rex...."I think your truck was way better"...well it was but it was stock once too...everything takes time...

 

No ****.....lol...I checked the compression like 2 nights ago it was really really good....for as old of car it is and the mileage (200,000).....but I still have a lil blow by when I get on it, so I think the Oil rings are bad....lol..

I have the money for the swap right now I should just buy it and get it over with so I dnt blow it....but Im fixing all the body for now so ill be done this summer.....

FYI-This car was actually once roled....can you freakin believe it??? I give props to the people who rebuilt it.

IM selling my SI rims though to a friend who wants them for his integra..and IM getting this GSR wheels Ive always liked them better
