Default Connecting harness after putting motor back in? help

I pulled out my stock d series in my 97 dx and sent my harness to rywire to have made to fit my obd1 gsr. I Want to put the gsr in now and get this finished up minus the harness. But how much of a bitch would it be to have to connect the harness after the motor is in the car?

it's not bad, there is just some hooking up the connections and sensors to the back and underside of the block/intake manifold but nothing cray nor difficult.

throw the engine in and hook up the harness later, it's nothing hard to do
