turbo setup

one of my friends told me that the b16 bottom end and the ls head is the best turbo setup, is it true?

eh dont know discplacement in the dome. i think itl drop the CR slightly, but B16 head = better flow. so ide just stick with the b16 head and not let your friend take your head : P
