thats looks to be a 88-89 pm6 ecu.I heard they are a pain in the *** to chip,my advice sell it and get a 90-91 pm6 or just go obd1.

I had the same issue. Bought a PM6 and it was an 89', had to buy another one. You need a 90-91 for the "standard" chipping.

you CAN use the 88-89 pm6, but you have to install a "female" socket, or chip cradle (holder), or whatever they are calling it in your country.....this is installed between the pc board and the chip, so that you can remove the chip easily....90-91 pm6's already have the female socket, that's why people say they are easier......I hear that the new version of "turbo edit" is almost ready and then you won't have to burn chips every time if you use the Moates Ostrich with a computer.....

I need this setup too, if anyone has any more info on tuning OBD-0......Please bring it on.....Thank You and Good Luck

"IC3" is the one u are going to have to chip and also add about 17 more connections with a switch to make it work.
