That is too broad of a quesion to pinpoint an answer to.

actually it woulb a LS block and B16 head; the B16 is a better flowing head than a GSR head

i dunno about that one...http://www.team-integra.net/forum/di...&TopicID=16335

edit - Although the intake manifold of a b16 is a better candidate than the gsr mani, is it not?

That head in the link is an ITR head, not a GSR head.
Also, a B16 mani doesn't fit a GSR head, but an ITR mani and B16 mani are interchangeable.

the second picture in that link is a stock gsr head and stock b16 head, says right on the chart.

As for the manifolds, i meant that the b16 manifold apparantly flows better than the gsr manifold, and correct me if im wrong, is why people choose the b16 head over the b18c head?

Yes, the chart says B16 head, but the head in the pic says ITR.
The B16 head itself flows better than the GSR head...

all of this is waay off topic, but anyway...

Yes the b16 head flows better, this is why honda used the b16 head on the type-r engine. Yes the type-r engine is basically is a hybrid engine it's self, gsr block/ls block with a b16 head will work best.

But really a Dart b16 head, and dart b20 block with make the best build, but that's 5k right there for a bare head and block. So if you have the money, use an aftermarket head and block if you can.
