Default had to pop start the car.

90 civic std. d16z6 si tranny now the car wont crank over. i popped started it it runns like ****..throwing code 12. replaced the starter it wont crank any suggestions.. got the starter tested its perfect. all grounds are good. i have power to the starter. fuse is good but i dont know if i check the fuse power correctly. tell me how.

Take a lighted fuse tester. I have one that came with a set of fuses I bought. It's got two prongs and if a 12v connection is made between them, it lights up!
