valve adjustment problem

I have a b18c1 and I adjusted my valves using the manual and now the engine is idleing really weird. Can someone give me some advice on why this is happening or what I could be wrong. Thanks

my friend just had the same exact problem
double check wat you did or go over it again.
it could be too loose or too tight
