I am in NO WAY saying that Hondabitch is a scammer....yet.

Situation:
I bought an OEM ITR CATBACK from him on July 6, 2006.
I sent him the money through paypal, even made me pay for the 3% fee for recieving payments in paypal.
Well, 8 days have passed, and he has not answered a single one of my pms since the day I told him that I sent him the money.

Now, he says in his thread he is getting ready for the ITR expo. That's probably why he's busy. But he's been online as well because I checked everyday. So wtf? He could have been nice enough to say "Hey thanks, i just recieved your payment" But no he didn't reply at all.

Also he sold something to another buyer here on hondatech and he got his in 3 days. Again, wtf? Why he couldn't he handle this situation like that.

Overall:
I am tired of waiting and am pissed off because my money is floating around somewhere I dont even know.
If your not going to give me the catback, Ill take my money back. I WILL BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.

If he does answer this thread and my pms I WILL GLADLY APOLOGIZE.

Only takes 1-2 minutes to send me money back through paypal. I would like to have this resolved very quickly.

 

Hate to tell you this bro but you have been scammed, I went through the same routine with prestoncrx aka preston smearman of pa he would be online and ignore all my pm's and this guy had sold to others and was still scamming put your claim in with paypal asap before 45 days has elapsed (I chucked up and did it on the 46th day=no good) don't wait any longer and any chance you get post that this **** is a scammer to remind us and especially his real name and location

Problem is resolved. Got my money back even though it took 5 days since the 17th.

Even though you were in the process of moving, you could have responded to me and told me what was up instead of leaving me clueless for a WEEK. I had to make a post in order for your buddies to contact you and tell you what I said. It Also didnt make sense, when i SAW you online. Trust me, I checked everyday. And you also said that you would have the catbback ready right when i send you the money. Very shady business.

Overall this situation lasted 16 days.

I will NEVER do business with you again.
