Struts n Sways n Ties, oh my!
I am fairly new to tuning, and was wondering what would be the best mod for the Fit, or the best order to get these items. I’ve heard strut bars help handling a lot. And I’ve heard sway bars do a lot for body roll. Then I’ve heard that before all of that I’ll want to lower it. Then you’ve got tie bars, and pillar bars, and whatever else I may have left out. I’m not asking for specific brands, just wondering where to start with the Fit.
If you have a Fit, the best thing you can do is take it to an Auto X and decide for yourself what you think needs improved to suit your driving.
For me, if I wanted to change the handling, the first thing I would ditch would be the wheels and tyres. Tyres are a vehicles only direct point of contact between you and the road and thus are a critical part of handling.
Right now you can put lowering springs on matched with aftermarket struts, a coil-over kit and upper strut bars for the front and rear. I have not seen any rear sway bars for the Fit yet, but give it time and they will be made.

Yeah like Suzuka said wheels and tires, you can almost gaurntee no matter how great they say the suspension, chassis is from stock the tires usually suck. Other than that I'm waiting for a sway bar kit.
Welcome to the fit section, and don't be "reving to 9" in the fit
