I sent my form and money to CGI 2 weeks ago, they haven't cash my check and of course I don't see my name on the comfirmed list. Call CGI this morning but couldn't reach anyone yet. Anyone else take care the Expo stuff beside CGI??
Hmmm...
You may want to IM White Dragon (Wes) and relay the situation to him. Perhaps he can offer some assistance.

Seems like things are taking a while to " trickle " in.
From my understanding CGI gets the registration and up until last weekend, would ask Wes if the entry was OK (and ITR) for the expo. I'd expect some update here or on the expo site some time this week.
P.S. Looks like I'll still be N/A for the expo, so I just need to do some preventative maint. ED

I'm not to complaint anything........however everytime I try to tell someone about the ITRExpo and they always asking me like...." huh, only 19 ppl going there....!?"
When some ppl try to get more info about the Expo and all they can see from the website is 19 name on the list.......it doesn't look too encourge to them.

The thing to remember is that CGI only makes use of 40 student slots all day, not hundreds.
Looks like it will be filling up shortly now, anyway.
Usually CGI won't cash their checks until a few days before the event or even after the event. I don't remember exactly but they are VERY well organized. The owner of the club Phil Mirenda gets

I do have a concern about the EXPO.
Now we have been "advertising" that there would be 20 to 30 ITRs gathered together at a said location. And we all know that there're thieves surfing on this board. How could we avoid our cars getting stolen or parts getting taken off when we leave our cars at the hotel parking lot at night?
Should we hire someone or coordinate with GuestHouse Inn about providing overnight security?
