Default Buying an S2k

I am buying an s2000 this week hopefully if my hatch sells on monday - is there anything in particular I need to look for (ie trouble spots)?

search, there's at least two new buyer every weeks

ap1

bent shift fork

wear top

diff. whine

axle nut loose

excessive oil burn

fading red lens

leaky lens(ap2)

rear bumper edge pop out(ap2)

stalling during idle

clutch buzz

OH ALOT OF PEOPEL GOT THEIR POWER STEERING FLUID THINGIE STOLEN SO WHAT OUT

this is played out, i dont think you should get an S anymore. stick to maybe the Honda fit. u can go .5 liters lighter since your dumb enough not use the search button.

sorry bro....it just a bad habbit....its been posted a million times, check s2ki for troubled things, to me make sure u buy 02+.

true an dsorry for my explicative haha

As far as the 02+ versions i have seen that they dont have the main bearing issue nearly as much as the 00/01 models. Also they have the better ECU. I am trying to find a GPW 02
