Default How Do u Tell If u blown a head gasket?

I was driving on the highway and there wasnt a exit and my car was overheatin and so i kept driving to the nearest Exit and when i came to a stop, smoke came out of my exhaust and when i pop the hood i smelt radiator and my oil light came on and my check engine and my matinece light also came on..I added oil and radi fluid but now the car sounds like a lawn mower and it hestiate when i start going.. I wanna know if my head is blown and i dont wanna bring it to a shop because they always overcharge me and i dont know alot about cars just yet..When I also start it up i would have to step on the gas to keep it running or else it would just die on me..Can someone please help me? thank u very much in advance.
I drive a 97 integra with intake and header.

mayb you have a small head gasket leak. If you have head gasket leak your car will over heat, when you take out the dip stick it will look creamy like whiteish i think or greenish bright greenish and smoke will come out of your exhaust white smoke

but the sound of the car worries me..sounds like a lawn mower and it hestiate to go and the only way to keep it from dying is to keep my feet on the gas..it over heated in the first place because of the rad because i just found that out wen i looked at it today..

you have to get it fixed by a mechanic, dont do it yourself, you cant fix the leak because it is a gasket and gaskets cant be fixed unless yoou buy a new one
