Help with clutch...
I just a header installed on my '95 GS-R and during the process the mechanic removed something to do with the clutch to give more room in putting in the header. Now I'm having a problem with a loose clutch. Usually there will be resistence when it's depressed maybe 15% or so, but now i press maybe 70% before I begin to feel resistence. I looked under my hood and I think it might be my fluid. Is the smallest resevoir the clutch fluid?
your bleeder valve is right there between the header your fans. i took mine out when i installed mine. you need to get all the air out of the lines and put some more fluid in. you can do it yourself, but i reccomend you buy a helms or haynes manual. if you have trouble you can mail me at ackjoshypoo@aol.com and i can try to help you out.
sounds like you got some air in the clutch hydralic system. yes the small resevoir is the clutch fluid, but why don't you just take it back to the mechanic that did the work and have him fix the problem he caused?
