swap questions??? need help
im swapping a gsr motor into my civic lx... will i be able to use the same civic lx wire harness or do i need the gsr wire harness???
when i dropped in the motor i have a big gap between my exhaust and my header.. is it suppose to have that gap??? what can i do about that???

you will need the GSR wiring harness and the ECU. the gap will be there. you will need to get a test pipe or go to your welder and have him fab up some extenions on the cat since he wont do a test pipe. unless you nkow hime
a civic test pipe for your GSR swapped hatch?? hmm..i dont think so. if it does one of your flanges will need to cut off and re-welded back on to match up with the flange on the b-pipe

i have found it is easiest to use the harness from the car.

i dont think your gonna be able to afford an omni power test pipe if you baught a test pipe off egay for a civic. but it would if you had an exhaust made for you gsr swapped hatch.

from my experience it didnt but i think thats because i have a cust 3.5in downpipe and exhaust
