I have 1993 civic ex with a 91 b18a in it. the motor is completely built head to toe.
the car will not start on its own will. i can put my foot on the gas and it stays running no problem. as soon as i let of the gas the car dies. it will take all the rpm you can put into it when my foot is on the gas put the split second you take your foot off it dies. if anyone has any suggestions it would very very appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you need more info on what is done to the car let me know since it was built. in april i was able to drive the car. when i was driving it i would come to a stop sign and it would stall. but it would start back up everytime. then it started searchiong for a good idle. then i found i out that i had blown a head gasket. ever since i put the head gasket back on and everything back together and timed it, it has not wanted to find a steady idle and now it just does not want to start! ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

sounds like you have a out of range tps signal. adjust that and see what happens.
