stalling while driving and stopping??? help needed fast!
a shop that installed my used engine toild me that I needed an O2 sensor(mine went bad) and I called and talked to them. they said a bad O2 sensor can cause my 94 si to stall while in low rpms, plus my engine check light is on all the time, and when it stalled, my oil and battery lights turn on.....and the weirdest thing is that my passenger side fan remains spinning after the car is turned off.......what could cause this????
maybe this will help. coolant doesnt seem to be leaving the engine, it goes in through the thermostat, but nothing comes out of the other hose b/c its cold. the car overheats extremely fast, less than 1 mile and its at the red bar....PLEASE HELP!!!!

to fix the overheating
i had same problem 2 weeks ago, u need a new thermostat put in.
oh and never let ur car reach the red bar
i had a shop put one in 2 weeks ago and i just noticed it starting to leak slowly below the thermostat. so i have to go back and get this taken care of.......the reason i mention this is my car to has started to stall out at low rpms only once and a while, not all the time and i was wondering if this could be the cause.

the fans still work when the car is off if it is overheating, that part is normal. u can jump a connector that is sorta way behind that ashtray u'll have to reach in from the part of ur car where the wires that are in the back or ur cd player
jump that and see what codes u are throwing.
it's late so if this doesn't make sence let me know
