Default B16a2 head mated to a B20 block

Yes...I recently bought a '99 Civic Si. I was thinking of taking my heads and mating them to a B20 block. What kind of #'s do you think I will be getting then? And even if then...I will have to be buying all the internals to run it. Would I get much bigger of a difference than running my B16a2?

all you will need is the block. take out your internals from the b16 and put them into the b20. as far as putting the head on the block it will work with some work.
for the numbers of hp, don't know. might want to search for that one.

b16 internals will not fit in a b20

So in order to safely mate the two...I would only need the B20 block...my B16a2 head...and aftermarket internals? I read an article in Honda Tuning saying that I would need to drill holes in the heads to accept the block. HT said this would be a great setup for still under $1000. I have this and more...just waiting to decide what to do with it. I would like my Si to be able to use as a daily driver. I recently backed into a suburban which will cost me $475 to order a new trunk lid w/ hinges painted.
