b16a missing while driving

b16a missing while driving
did the swap everythings fine but while i'm driving @ 15%-35% throttle it well miss any thing after that its fine. but rairly it well just missing when u put ur foot to the floor. they only thing i can think of is a dirty injector. i have replaced every thing from rotor to the spark plugs. please help.
