cost of doing swapp????
$1300 sounds a little steep, our honda motors are pretty straight forward swaps, I know people that can pull out a motor and have a new one in in a few hours. The average cost of a swap around my area is $600-1000...maybe a little more depending on certain circumstances. I would keep checking around, if you know anyone that could help you out that would be the best way, plus you could help out and learn as you go. One of my friends did that and the guy only charged him $100.

thats waaaaayy too expensive
I think for a shop, 600-900.
See if someone on HT can do it for you. They'll probably charge like 400 or less if they're really cool
