cost of doing swapp????

Default cost of doing swapp????

im swapping a gsr motor into my civic... how much do you think it would be if i took it to the shop... just an estimate??

free if you do it yourself....very rewarding...but expect somewhere between 750 to 1000+

$1300 sounds a little steep, our honda motors are pretty straight forward swaps, I know people that can pull out a motor and have a new one in in a few hours. The average cost of a swap around my area is $600-1000...maybe a little more depending on certain circumstances. I would keep checking around, if you know anyone that could help you out that would be the best way, plus you could help out and learn as you go. One of my friends did that and the guy only charged him $100.

thats waaaaayy too expensive

I think for a shop, 600-900.

See if someone on HT can do it for you. They'll probably charge like 400 or less if they're really cool
