question about rings *searched
I bought aftermarket piston rings for my 99 civic as my motor has low milage and a cracked ring.
The mail oil control rings as a flattend paper clip looking thing running almost 1/2 way around it holing the gap togeather. Never seen this before. I assume this is suppose to be here to avoid overlap but im not sure.
Can someone help me out with this one?
