mpfi conversion question - easy

mpfi conversion question - easy
OK.. so i did the swap.. on the ecu anyways...
I now have 4 new wires running into the engine bay...
HOWEVER I now have 2 wires (on the harness side, not ecu side) that no longer connect to the ecu... there just hanging there.. is this correct? I think ones green/red and ones orange?
