Default Back in the Game : Turbo edit advice needed

Hi guys, i have been out of the honda scene for a while as i bought a motorcycle and have ignored my civic project.

Anyways, just yesterday I dropped my DOHC ZC that's been sitting around for about a year now.

I will be plumbing lines and wires tongiht to try to start it.

I have 90% of the parts necessary to turbo this car, but i have waited on engine management.

I had planned on using Turboedit, with a 90-91 PM6 , and considered investing into an ostrich.

What do you think would be the best investment for engine management. Using a chip burner, or getting the ostrich setup.

Oh, the turbo and engine setup:

91 civic HB (DX)
Dohc ZC
90 CRX si trans
Fidanza 9 lb flywheel
Exedy stage 1 clutch (street)
DSM 450cc injectors
CRX hf manifold, adapter plate
Oil lines
14b turbo
CCA FMIC
3" DP w/ electronic cutout to 2.5" custom mandrel out
DSM 1g BOV
2" charge pipes for faster spool

I plan on running internal gate, with a carb spring setup for uber fast spool
Shooting for 9~10 psi or 190 - 200 hp

I need to find a gauge setup that will compliment my CRX dash too
