i am trying to put a tach into my 95 civic because it does not have one. Does anyone know which wire reads the rpm i know it has somthing to do with the coil in the distributer. PLEASE HELP! this tach install is taking way to long

 

1. Solid blue wire behind the gauge cluster in the cluster harness
2. Solid blue wire with 1-pin connector near the driver side of the firewall, blue taped around the driver side shock tower harness.
3. Negative side of the coil


Choose one. #1 is the closest and easiest to access.
