need help picking a proportioning valve for a eg8

Default need help picking a proportioning valve for a eg8

we are in the proccess of building a turbo d in a eg8 and i need a little help with the brake system


it is currently stock up front with hawk pads and rotors

and the rear is all gsr i was woundering what proportioning valve u guys have had the best luck with on a setup like this

if it makes a diffrance the rest of the suspension is gsr front sway with gsr lca's
the rear is type r sway with function 7 endlinks and asr rear subframe brace
and omni coilovers

any advice would be apreciated thank you

Jegs sells Wilwood adjustable proportioning valves for $40.

i was looking to go more with like a stock gsr one or type r but hell that is a good price but ill have to play around with it to tune it but then again i like to learn so ill probly get that

do you know of any guides for helping with adjusting it??

The only way I have found the wilwood adj prop valve to work, is to run equal length lines to the fronts, then run a single line back to the driver where the prop valve is installed. Then go from the prop valve to a tee, then to the rear calipers. Be careful though, the front lines have to be equal in length, as do the rears. I found out the hard way.

If I had it to do over again, I would have stuck with the 40/40.
