Default epoxy or fiber glass a chipped CF hood?

Well I got a seibon CF hood and the rear right corner is chipped off. Roughly the last inch edge is chipped off. Would it be better to fiber glass it together, sand it down, then paint it black? Or should i epoxy it together, sand it down then paint it black?? Since I'm doing it myself I just need to know which is better quality and will hold it together better?

This hood is for a EJ8.

Also, what kind of paint should I use after it's done? I know it'll be black paint, but what kind? spray paint?
