Stolen Autocross Car
As of Sunday night (7/9/06) my Integra GSR was stolen from in front of my house. Locked and steering wheel removed. The odds of finding the car are near zero but there are four unique parts on the car that should be easily identifiable should they pop up on a classified forum.
1. Comptech Co-Axial rear swaybar for a DC2. As far as I know this is the only one in existence.
2. Zeal Function B6 shocks for a GSR. Steel bodied, with swift springs (6kg/mmF and 12 kg/mmR) and blue spring perches.
3. Black Delrin ITR shift **** replica (no gear markings or any other markings for that matter). Made by a fabricator friend, more sentimental value than anything.
4. Spoon ignition wire cover (b series) signed by Mr. Spoon.
Thanks for reading.

I'm not concerned with getting the car back as insurance is covering that. However, none of the parts are going to be covered (roughly $5,000 worth). My only hope is to find them in some classifieds.
We will keep an eye out for anything that may pop up or come by the shop !! Sorry to hear this man, it makes me angry everytime I hear of nice cars being stolen by people that are too lazy to get off their *** and work for the parts !!

This kind of stuff pisses me off so much way beyond words.
And this is right after I finally saw your car in person at the last autox. Will keep an eye out and good luck.

Don't be so sure about insurance not covering it. When my CRX was stolen, I got back full purchase price for all modifications that I could produce receipts for.

hey, make a trip to the iron triangle in richmond. my car ended up there as well as another stolen car. just go in daylight...
sorry to hear. i know the feeling.

yeah for sure. i just hate how they find it and tow it before they contact you, then you have to deal with the towing company that impounds your car and treats you like you did something wrong and have to pay them for the service of moving it and storing it.
better to find it yourself and just get it towed on your own terms.
but if insurance is paying you back, then i guess its all pretty much gone anyway. sucks to hear about that swaybar.
