98' EK look to do a swap. . .b16a/ b16b/ or b18c1
im look to get a swap done on my 98 ek but i dont know what engine would be best for my whip. can anyone help, im a noob at this. . hahah 
and another thing does the integ type r pass smog? same with civic type r

Next time search first.
Of those three engines the b18c1 will give you the best numbers. It's a higher displacement engine so you'll have more torque and horsepower.
