i am trying to replace my drivers side axle that is for a 94 teg and i can not disconnect it from the half shaft, I have tryed useing a flat head and prying on it and also a pry bar any suggestions would help to thanks.

I agree.. Just tap it with a hammmer and it will break free

 

or take the fork off the strut and tap it in between the axle and halfshaft

 

Do you have enough room to get the proper amount of leverage from a prybar? If you keep working the prybar or flathead and also have a friend tug on it (it doesn't matter if you break it some more, you're replacing it anyway right?), it will eventually come off. It's too easy to give up.

I've probably changed both sides for my car eleventybillion times since I have the junk *** remans that I get for free. My car is so low the height geometry is all fucked up and causing stress on my axles. Oh well, you gotta pay to play and ride low.

 

Use a hammer and tap it and it should work.
