I'm sure there are already FAQs up for this install, but I thought I'd post the one we just did as well.

This is a write-up, with pictures, of the replacement of the stock USDM steering wheel with the JDM Type-S steering wheel for a 97-01 Honda Prelude SH.

Anyways, tell me what you think of it and I hope it helps anyone planning on doing this swap.

To bad I have a 4th Gen..

Just wondering if anyone knows.. Is there any OEM Honda Steering Wheels that fit the 4th Gen besides the USDM & JDM Wheels? I know the USDM is different as the JDM doesn't have the Airbag..

Unfortunately not, it is the exact same diameter.

My brother found that one on ebay and he did the "Best Offer" thing for $150. They usually go for around $300.

 

Cool swap there. I use my Cruise Control all the time so I'd never do it though.
