Default suspension opinions, autox, 97 ex

I have a 97 civic ex [sts], power: greddy header, short ram intake, I take the muffler (flowmaster 50 series deltaflow quiet!) off when I autoX, field sfc-vtec. Suspension: rear sway bar from 99 si, rear upper and lower strut bars (homemade even), front autozone apc strut bar (I question its effectiveness more and more daily ) 99 Si springs all around (ugly drop in the rear )
Anyway, I've landed a good deal on some koni yellows, and I'm planning to get some ground controls at 400/450 next week, my roommate who reads honda-tech religiously thinks this is the only setup for my car
Basicly, I just want some input on the spring rates before I call GC up. He says that the rear rate drops better if you use a typeR sway bar, the current plan is to see how this setup does w/ the Si sway bar, and possibly upgrade from there. Currently, I have a set of 16s (mille miglia sferas heavy!) and I've got access to two scratched (badly) but not bent, lightweight 15s that I want to mount a set of falken azenis on for AutoX only. I think that I want to keep the 16s for the street, with probably some more sumitomo HTR zIIs, cause they're relativeley cheap, I mention this because they'll probably be the rears until I can afford another set of 15s w/ azenis. So, what does anyone think? I'm financing the new suspension setup with tax return money, and I'm eager to get out there and rule my region(ok, not really, but we're not keeping up with the other cars, and something has to be done, I've got over a year of autoXs under my belt)

You are going to need a rear swaybar, probably more than the stock R's, wth those spring rates. I would suggest an adjustable 22 mm from comptech or GC. Otherwise you are not going to get the rear to rotate well.

So maybe closer to 400F 500R? I don't want to have to revalve the koni's too often, and it still is a daily driver, I've been looking at adjustable sway bars too... Arkansas roads are mostly crap, but I guess considering that most of the time my road tires are stock 14s in the front and 13s (big ol tires) in the back... a little air pressure (within reason) and low damping rates would keep it fairly comfortable on the streeet.

here's a pic of the worst of my body roll currently, btw (i'm making it a link because its a huge picture) http://bensays.mywebsitesucks.com/un...2/DSCF0019.JPG

this one is a picture of me and my car before a run... nice and dirty, like honda's should be
