Default any exterior differences between the 92-95 civic hatch models

my friend stephon told me that a 92, 93, 94 & 95 look different. he told me that they all look different in stock form. he said the 92 hatch models came with a wider hatch end. while a 93 & 94 look more boxier. and a 95 is the biggest model out of all of them. can someone please tell me if this is true or is my friend just plain crazy. he is also a newbie to honda civic cars so that is why im tryin to post the question to prove him wrong bcuz he says he is not crazy and that he is right. please prove this my friend stephon wrong.

Their were only cosmetic differences such as different bumper, sunroof rear wiper... Apart from that their was really no change. The only thing is the 4 door had a different size corner light then the hatch and coupe. That is all I could think of.

Ps your is a little coocoo!!!!!

WTF? dude from 92-95 hatches are the same, coupes are the same, sedans are the same. the only difference are between the rears of the cars. the coupes and hatches front end are exactly the same, the sedan has different bumper, fender, and corner lenses. and all the interiors are slighty different. all have the same style of dash, just different door and rear interior panels.

tell your friend to learn alittle more

Your friend is a moron. The exact same shell was used from '92-95. There are only very minor cosmetic differences. There are no differences in physical dimensions or shape.

Exterior differences:

92-93 hatches had black grille vents while 94-95 had body colored vents.

DX and Si had side moldings and rear wiper, CX and VX did not

Si had a moonroof and body colored mirrors.

Sadly the differences people are listing here aren't accurate at all... True different TRIMS had different cosmetic appearances as some most people are stating as just "some of the differencs" but there was no differences in one trim, a 92 DX was hte same as a 95 DX hatch, a 94 EX coupe is the same as a 92 EX coupe, etc. etc. etc.

There were some differences between trims (I mean ****, there's a chassis difference between teh coupe and the hatchback) but there weren't any differences in one trim level throughout those years, you cannot tell them apart stock if it's the same trim...

these people are wrong. Ex doesn't fit vx or cx yet cx fits vx. I have cx and vx hatches and ex parts will not fit but cx and vx are perfect matches.

EX was never a hatchback. CX and VX were only hatchbacks. Sooo that logic checks.

Also thanks for bumping a 20 year old thread, newb.
