common problem found with civics.
sounds like the support arm has a bend in a joint.
i had to replace the arm in mine. (dont be fooled by some dealierships that say you must replace the motor as well. and yes, you can do this job yourself)

describe the symptoms of what the window does exactly. does it seem to pop.pop.pop.pop when the window is almost rolled up all the way? does it not close firmly? does it not move up at all? gotta be more descriptive before we can help you narrow it down.

thats exactly what my passenger window does but it does move up.... it goes up really slow and creeks. i tried to oil the tracks but still does the same.
but on the driver side , the side towards the front of the car goes down faster than the side towards the rear (i don't really know how to explain it) and it seems to pull the rear side out of its track. lemme know if this make sense.

i just listed a few questions, which one was the 'exactly' to for the passenger side? lol
but the drivers side really sounds like the regulator assembly (the arms that push the window upward)

it does everything you asked except not rolling up.

in that case, it also seems like the passenger side is a bad regulator assembly. I made a long post about what i did to fix mine on here somewhere a while back. looked for it yesterday, but couldn't find it. do a search on how to replace the assembly, you should be able to find some info. it has been seen plenty of times before.
