Default Clutch switch going out

Well since ive had my car its been doing this. I get in my car, push down my clutch and start its up and acts like its going to run, then just shuts off almost like i let the clutch out, but without the jerking, it just stops. When i go to start it back up, it wont start, trys but wont catch. I pump my clutch about 10 times, and then it starts no problem. It does it randomly during the day, sometimes it will do it three times in one day, sometimes it wont do it for three weeks. Anyone have any ideas what it could be?

If the motor starts the first time then it is not your clutch switch. If the motor dies it sounds like it is something with an ignition problem, or possibly something with your distributor or coil

fuel pump relay... next time this happens turn your key on to accessory (not turning over the motor) and turn it back off and repeat that 3 times than try and start it again... if it works i am almost positive thats what is wrong...(mine does it too haha)
