what in the hell could be wrong?

Check your connection on the ecu and check ur vacuums to make sure no leaks.

there are no leaks at all.. and the ecu is hooked up all the way.. bad jumper harness?

check all engine grounds had this same problem minus the blue smoke.

well i didnt see blue smoke.. its not tunned yet neither so that could explain smoke.. ok.. will do

Hrm, wont' go past certain RPM's, I'd run the code deal (ECU jump) anyways just to make sure ur not running in limp home mode..
