Just realized that Bra can scratch the bumper (if there are some tiny dirt or small rocks underneath the bra)...
but the thing is, only the furthest part of the bumper got very small scratches..

I want to put some kind of tape or protection before putting the Bra on..
any suggestion? duck tape ok? or masking tape?

I would use masking tape. Duct tape tends to leave adhesive behind.

 

If you are going to race, use some Racers Tape.

 

3M Clear Mask

 

3M Clearmask = typical price is about $350 installed at a dealer

StoneGaurd ClearMask = $405 + shipping. I hear its a pain to install too. I heard the product is excellent once its installed.

 

Where can I get Racer tape? or 3M Clear tape?

I usually AutoX.. not Track yet. but Will go for sure, especially I have 2 sets of Azenis laying around and some R4S pads..

Oh.. I don't think I want to put the 3M clear Mask or anything that will cost me $400... not yet..

I probably should look around for a new Bumper from anyone who did a JDM Conversion..
(or get a JDM Conversion myself, eh?)
