Default hub and quick release fitment ?'s

will a nrg quick release and a momo hub off of a 5th gen fit on a 4th gen? also, would it be possible for me to temporarily use my stock steering wheel with the hub and quick disconnect while i am saving to get the steering wheel?

The 5th gen HUB will probably not fit your 4th gen. However, the NRG quick release is not car model specific.

No, you cannot use your stock steering wheel with aftermarket hubs/ quick releases.

Also, by using a MOMO hub and a QR, you'll bring the steering wheel more towards you. People generally run slim hubs when using QR's to bring the steering wheel distance some what close to stock.

You are better off buying the whole package from an HT sponsor for your 4th gen, save money and time.

well i dont mind much about the wheel being a little closer. i might prefer that because my legs are hella long. anyways, i have been looking one multiple websites that are momo dealers and they all say that the hub for the 92-03 prelude are the same but they are all N/A?
i will be buying the nrg QR and the hub from a member on ht off of his 5th gen hopefully. why dont you think the hub would fit?
and who are the ht sponsors?

Sponsors are located in the Honda-tech market place, should be under Misc and appearances, if you're looking for hubs.

The 4th gen and 5th gen have different sized splines. This is why I said it probably wouldn't fit. I do not know for sure about aftermarket hubs, but I do know for sure a 5th gen steering wheel WILL NOT fit the 4th gen. Thus leading to me that aftermarket hubs will probably be different as well. Ask the sponsors selling NRG stuff for more information.

Actually, after looking at Evasive's website, I saw this:

NRG SLim Hub

Model SRK-130H
90-02 Accord / ALL Honda S2000 / 96+ Honda Civic / 92-01 Honda Prelude / ALL Acura RSX / 97-02 Acura TL / All Honda CRV

I went to NRG Innovations website, but they didn't have anything listed. I think your best bet is to ask someone who sells this, or wait to see if someone is running this setup to chime in.

evolvedbb2, can we get a part number on yoru 4th gen hub? I've asked many HT sponsors and mostly are cluless as well. i figured i shoudl get this right before I order it and get the wrong one because most sponsors of HT list it as 92-01 fitment..

The guy that posted the pics of his NRG slim hub/QR setup (paperchasin) said that our 4th gens use

Model SRK-120H - NRG slim hubs. I can't confirm this, but incase anyone else can. Evolvedbb2 should have his in next week, so he can confirm this for us.
