p75 auto integra ecu have PNP switching transistor?

i'm trying to convert my p06 to a p28 and i'm just missing 1 more part. its the PNP switching transistor NTE2362. just wondering if this part can be found on a auto p75 ecu or any other ecu.
let me know guys!

there are several A143's on OBD1 boards. I've pulled at least five from a junk P05 I have sitting here.
