I put an ls throttle body on my d16z6 using a new honda d16z6 throttle body gasket and now my idle keeps fluctuating. when i cover up the top hole inside the throttle body it idles fine. Am i using the wrong throttle body gasket?

 

Could be the wrong gasket or it is possible that it is flipped upside down. Have you tried an LS gasket if it will even fit?

 

havent tried an ls gasket, but would it be any different? other than a bigger hole?
