Default new clutch/flywheel issues

hey i just installed a new exedy stage 1 clutch and flywheel on my 97 EX. got a couple issues now

when i start it up, there is a very high pitch squeaking/grinding sound. i think it is coming from the starter. it only lasts a second or two. is this from the new flywheel? does it need to wear in or something? or is this completely bad?

secondly, somehow we managed to kill my passenger window in the process. it worked before and half way through the swap but now it doesnt. any idea how these could possibly be related?

the window thing makes no sense to me...

as far as the noise goes, did you mess with the starter at all during the install? are you sure everything is aligned?
