Default Can anyone make me a flange?

I'm looking to get a flange for the exhaust outlet on my turbo. Can't find what I'm looking for online and nobody can do it around here... It's a pretty simple design and is just a cicle that is a 1/2" wide or so and I don't need any holes drilled or tapped. I'd be willing to pay through paypal but I don't want to spend a fortune. Let me know if you can do what I'm looking for. I'll get the inside diameter later if someone is willing to cut me one.

Sorry my brother had posted this and he was unclear.

Basically he bought a S400 Schwitzer turbo for very cheap, but the downpipe exhaust studs had been cut off. So basically he has nothing to bolt a downpipe too. What we really to know is if its even possible to weld a downpipe to the cast iron exhaust housing and if it is possible, whats the best way of doing it.

I've heard of guys heating the exhaust housing up, and tigging on a V-band flange with a high nickel filler.

I've SEEN guys just tig it and be done. In fact, it's held for over a year now.

a buddy of mine heated his turbine up with map gas for a solid 10 minutes, let it cool then heated it up again. used stainless filler rod and welded our v-band right on to it....good luck guys, we have v-band assemblies too if you are in the market.
