I'm currently using RSX oil filter on my car, no clearance problem it put right on like stock one.

so k20 filters fit on b16/b18?

smaller in size resulting in increased oil pressure. the rsx filters are similar to the HAMP filters that honda offers

the filter would fit b-series engines as they all take the same oil filter.

Fusion ITR...If you continue to bastardize this thread, I will have you removed...besides, you dont even own an ITR anymore, maybe you were destined to have an RSX anyway
