Man I was coming into a parking lot for lunch today and some guy just backed the hell into me. My poor baby is all torn up. Rear quarter panel, door, rear bumper, back wheel all F'd up. almost 5Grand damage and the worst part is he said its my fault and the cops were profiling me as soon as they got there looking at the R and probably saying to themselves well he is young he probably was speeding around the parking lot. So I will probably have to use my insurance to pay and my rates will go out the *** again. Sucks being under 25! to all bad drivers. He had a Mercury POS and had like 2 scratches. I am steamin!

man that really sucks. my friend was in the same situation not too long ago. from the report, he was backing up.. hit a civic broadside and dented the passenger side door and the rear door. 51% his fault. good luck

civic had easily.. 3-4k in damage.

 

I hate to say this, but you are going to have to get used to them. They run rampant and are scattered like cowsh*t. Its one thing to be a bad driver, but to be a dishonest person and lie about an accident is the real sad part of this post....that and what happened to your car.

dude do everything possible to get that as*hole to pay for it. i would kick that guys *** personally if it happened to me.
