Default GSR fab. plenum

Made this for a 2.1L with GSR head. Doing some testing but a gain of 20whp was seen went from 205whp to 225whp. Not the best looking intake but needed something quick.

yo you got to blend all those welds on the inside , it looks like you welded them through the inside and out side. or it had a supper penetration, im a welder at orlando metal fabrication here in orlando and did many plenums and manifolds in puerto rico and i know what a blended inside weld could do in terms of flow and power.sow try to blend it flush on the inside and youll see better results.... good luck.

The mid plate is machined out and the runners are ported.

Monster's design appears to be more well thought... The wide radius entry point where the TB sits would allow much better air distributution than the traditional entry style (cyl #4 gets a wider angle path) -- Similar to the few of the Wilson's intake manifold. The tapered plenum for the 1st cylinder runner is also a good design on Monster's intake, where as RMF's is only a regular capped off end of a pipe

Dude ,Do you know anything about intake manifolds? And do you see the taper on mine?I'm not saying anything about who's is better.I am just saying that i made one too and that YES they do work.I also made a bigger one that made more HP but lost alot of TQ.

Also whats good about this style is that you can stack the spacer plates untill you get the correct volume

How can you make hp but lose torque? The only possible way to do that is increase rpm, but then you are talking about super ghey peak numbers. Its just physically impossible to make more HP at lets say 6000rpm, without increasing torque output.
