The Problem:

When I turn on the park light switch none of the park light things come on. This includes park lights, angel eyes, dash lights and rear corner lights.

But they do come on when I lock/Unlock the alarm.

How it started:

I helped my buddy install some projector headlights with angel eyes. I wired the eyes to the park light wiring. It all worked fine the day I installed it. Later that night my buddy tried to change the bulb in the park light. Not sure what he did but the park lights stopped working entirely.

The car:

97 Accord 4 door

Any help would be appreciated. Please be a little detailed with the response as I am not too familiar with the accords and my frined doesnt know crap about cars.
From what I have gathered seems like a blown switch to me. Can anyone verify this? If so how do I go about changing the switch and where is it?

check fuses and all wires could be a blown fuse ..
