Lately when i use my car, i had started to notice a little hesitation under 3000RPM. Then suddenly on day when i turned in traffic i gave it gas and let go of the clutch and it just wouldn't acclerate. RPM's would not go over 1200 even when i floored it so i put it in neutral and it still wouldn't acclerate. The car stays on fine but when i try to give it gas it sounds like the car is going to turn off. If i turn the car off and let cool off for a while it starts to run again but i notice a big power loss after this happened. Personally i think it's the fuel pump thats giving out but i wonder if anybody else had this problem and how they fixed it. The car is a 1992 Honda Civic DX 4 door 1.5 non vtec 5 speed manuel. It has brand new spark plugs, rotor, distributor cap, spark plug wires, pcv, charcoal canister, vacuum lines, head gasket, new catalyctic converter, muffler, pipes, air intake(not that it matters).
