injector/head question

Default injector/head question
Hey I was wondering how you get the fuel injector connectors off. Do you just pinch them and pull or what. and when taking the head off do i remove the hose from the fuel regulator to the fuel rail off.

thanks. How do I get the nut under the intake manifold. its so hard to get to. and once I get the last nut off do i just pry the IM away from the head?
