Default Boring block vs/ sleeves

Okay I got a question before I start purchasing parts for my rebuild. I want to have bigger size pistons kinda of like runninng a big *** 1.8.
I am planning on running boost on this engine so I was planning on getting some sleeves, so if I get bored out sleeves to match the pistons do I need to get the block bored to fit the sleeves??

If I get oversized pistons what is the best size for a 15psi boost app.?

How much bigger should the sleeves be from the pistons I hear .0004 is a good cylinder to wall clearance.

Anything else I should consider???

if 15 psi is all you are going to go, you may not need to sleeve it. just do good internals, go light on the over bore, and put a good tune up in it.

is 300 hp attainable off of 15 psi???...... light bore would be .20 over ???

I was thinking of getting one of the packages of here eagle rods and some good pistons.... is that all
