Your entire time on HT........You can change your avatar bu scrolling to the top and going to my profile and they should have an "avatar" option.

It tells me that the avatar is disabled.

noob is just an avatar.. your still a trial and you cant do what most ppl do, wait until you get like over 25 post then you get more priviledges.
